Who is Alchemy?

Alchemy Corporate Consulting Services (Alchemy) has been operating nationally since 2010. Ingrid Bishop is the sole proprietor of Alchemy and underpins her business with a wealth of knowledge and expertise gained from over 20 years experience in senior and executive roles across both public and private sectors.

Alchemy prides itself upon understanding client needs and aspirations, service excellence and delivering solutions which are practical, effective and competitive.  Specialising is reform and managing workplace transition, Ingrid aims to effect change quickly in response to organisational goals and demands.

Ingrid has a dynamic career across diverse industries including government and private sectors, holding various executive positions within Local Government.   Ingrid has held global responsibilities as Group General Manager, Performance Services - Elders Australia Ltd (publicly listed ASX company), in addition to Director of Operations and Strategy (South Aust. Ambulance Service) and various state/national roles with Westpac Banking Corporation.

Ingrid's experience and knowledge includes strategy and business planning, operations and service delivery, change management and organisational development within large national/international corporations and medium to small local governments and small businesses.
